Please read each product description carefully, as processing times may vary by item.
Most items are handmade and made to order, and processing time may take up to 4–6 weeks before shipping.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:
USPS First Class Mail: up to 5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: approximately 2–3 business days depending on location
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please monitor your tracking for delivery updates.
Creations by Manila is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
